Michael Rochelle is a retired senior level human resources leader and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) master certified coach, possessing 37+ years of senior executive leadership and management experience in uniform, and now more than thirteen years as an ICF credentialed coach. A recognized strategic human resources executive with exceptional organizational and people skills, he has applied those talents to achieve community, as well as organizational excellence. An executive celebrated in launching strategic Lean Six Sigma deployment in several large and complex organizations. He is a renowned public communicator and public speaker. Upon his retirement from the public sector, he immediately founded MDR Strategies, LLC. MDR Strategies is a successful leadership and executive coaching firm in northern Virginia.

Michael Rochelle, Jr. is the Proposal Development Manager for MDR Strategies, LLC. A specialist in quantitative analysis, including linear and non-linear regression methods, Michael holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of Michigan. As the Proposal Development Manager, Michael is responsible for analyzing the resource requirements and creating budgets and cost estimates for all MDR Strategies, LLC. contract proposals. Michael joined MDR Strategies in 2010 after a successful career in commercial finance where he was responsible for the Financial Management, Personnel Management and daily operations for several banking centers across Chicago, Illinois.
